Dedicated to the incredible artist Yuki Nakamura.

Yuki Nakamura was Artist in Residency at the SIM Residency Program, from Jun 14 till Sep 12. During this time Yuki created the most elaborate and delicious treats, for all the artists at the SIM residency to eat. Yuki´s dream is to live and work in Reykjavik, but unable to find a job, he was forced to return to Japan. Yuki is a highly skilled chef, specialized in Japanese cuisine and raw food. He is also a very proficient artist assistant, with a great knowledge of materials and techniques. If you have a position for Yuki, or can point him in the right direction, please contact residency@sim.is.
